What happened to me this week? I did all my run/walk/run sessions and iced my foot. I was prepared w all my food. But then...all I wanted to do was eat and drink. I gotta find out what the source of all my emotional eating is...I know there are so many emotional issues I haven't dealt with yet because, of course they are HARD. I know I need to but getting started is very difficult for me.
